What are the limitations & best practices of the SQL Extension

I am trying to find any information on what are the limitations and the best practices for the SQL Extension that might fall into things that are just assumptions.

Some of my general questions:

• Can you have multiple triggers on the same table?
• Can you have triggers specifically for an operation (Insert, Delete, Update)?
• Can you get the previous version of a row on trigger?

• Diagnosing SQL Trigger Configuration (is change tracking on, etc)
• How to find out if a function is not receiving triggers.
