Summary

  • fetches eng/common GitHub login scripts for internal PR pipeline runs
  • logs into GitHub before SDK PR creation
  • uses GH_TOKEN for authenticated sparse checkout and Submit-PullRequest.ps1 instead of azuresdk-github-pat

Fetch GitHub login scripts in internal PR pipeline runs and use the resulting GH_TOKEN for sparse checkout and SDK pull request creation instead of the legacy PAT variable.
