The absence of a release plan when SDK Tools Agent produces an AutoPR for inner loop use creates confusion.
We found a few AutoPRs that do not include a release plan link. The service team added a link in the comments and reached out for release support, but the linked release plan is empty. This indicates a mismatch between the SDK PR and the release plan. And the mismatch leads to confusion to SDK PR reviewer and incomplete release plans.
Azure/azure-sdk-for-go#26544
Azure/azure-sdk-for-python#46223
Azure/azure-sdk-for-java#48751
There are AutoPRs for other languages as well. but not easy to find them all without linkage to release plan.
