/health fails against REST when DAB is hosted in ACA

Hi @JerryNixon , could you provide more details? I spinned up an ACA instance with latest DAB- soghaca.wonderfulpond-3eab06ad.eastus.azurecontainerapps.io/health and can see the REST working, for e.g. for Books or Shrub-

We discussed this in our scrum and agreed that this is not a bug but more like an environment issue.
