[P0] Test app v2.0 with Docker Compose and VS 2022 with Docker and the solution .sln

Make sure the doc on building the app's Docker images is up to date with v2.0 version.

Follow and check this is right and up todate.

In this doc I'm using docker compose build for building the images plus using an ENVIRONMENT VARIABLE for the right Docker Hub repo. Please make sure it works well with the current version, too.

I tested the latest v2.0 version (Docker images v2.0) with "docker compose up" and it works as expected.

Pending to test with Visual Studio 2022. Please confirm when tested and then close this issue.
