Adds a new documentation page describing how Telescope’s Azure DevOps pipelines authenticate to AWS for benchmark runs using OIDC via the AWS Toolkit for Azure DevOps.

- Documented the OIDC-based authentication flow (ADO → AWS Toolkit → STS → AWS_* env/variables).
- Listed the key pipeline templates involved and how
