Add to Windows Package Manager (WinGet)

As far as I can tell, AzureAuth isn't available in Windows Package Manager. WinGet has become the de facto way to install CLI applications, so it'd be great to see AzureAuth here as well 😄 Or, if it's already available, can the README be updated with instructions?
