Issue description and reproduction steps
After migrating to Msal.net, we are experiencing significant delays when performing an interactive login, particularly when the customer's VPN is enabled. The issue manifests as a slow browser startup during the login process.
Instance discovery was disabled in an attempt to resolve the issue, but the delay persists.
