fix: remove Azure Local Anywhere legacy branding and fix cross-references (#21)

- Rebrand docs/index.mdx: title, frontmatter, and content updated from 'Azure Local Anywhere' to 'Azure Local'
- Remove product-azure-local-anywhere frontmatter reference and version field
- Replace 'Azure Local Anywhere' with 'Azure Local' across 48 documentation files
- Fix 4 broken cross-references in standards/ pointing to legacy product-azure-local-anywhere/ path
- Clean TierPoint branding from 3 drawio diagram footers
- Fix stale GitHub repo link in support section
- Update 'GitLab Access' prerequisite to 'GitHub Access'
- Site builds successfully with no new warnings
