We should have priors for torsional angles based on Ramchandran data at least for proteins. probably an easy way to do this is using the data collected by Dunbrack either the neighbor independent or neighbor dependent data. If the license is a problem we could try to collect the data ourselfs. Something similar we should do for rotamers.
