This is a PR with multiple updates and a comprehensive test. Will submit individual linear maps for easier review to separate PRs: - Aperture / PolygonAperture - ChrUniformAcc - Multipole - NonlinearLens - PRot - PolygonAperture - Programmable - TaperedPL - ThinDipole Workflow was: development of a linear map w/o alignment/rotation and feed-down effects, self-consistent with our implemented particle push. Explicit notes where conventions differe from MAD-X. Drafting LLM: Claude 4.7 xhigh Reviewing LLM: Codex GPT-5.4 High Derivations: SymPy
