FLASH-MM Analysis Scripts

This repository contains scripts for data analysis and manuscript figure generation related to FLASH-MM, a fast and scalable algorithm for differential expression (DE) analysis in large-scale single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) datasets.

The FLASH-MM R package, including example case scenarios, is available at:
https://github.com/BaderLab/FLASHMM.

  • The data_analysis folder contains scripts for case-control comparisons in the tuberculosis immune atlas and cell-type-specific sex comparisons in the healthy kidney dataset.
