Running "All tests" does not correctly handle nested test folders

Given a structure like this:

If you choose to run "All tests" on test the setup_suite files will not be called.
Running "All tests" on e2e gives the expected result.

BashSupport Pro is bundling an (almost) vanilla bats-core along with helpers.
As long as the upstream bats-core isn't able to run this setup, I don't think BashSupport Pro should attempt to do this. Otherwise, the result would be different between IDE and CI, for example.

I think IDE can add convenience to the tools.

So what I was thinking of is an option to run each leaf folder as separate bats run, then the plugin would aggregate the results back to look like it was a single run.
