- Drops dotnet 2.0 / 3.5 support (as msft ripped it out of windows 11 and set the new standalone installers minimum windows version to an inside release https://devblogs.microsoft.com/dotnet/dotnet-framework-3-5-moves-to-standalone-deployment-in-new-versions-of-windows/)
- Renames assembly-name to remove dots as it causes PRI249 warning
