About The Pull Request
As it so happens, while working on the foolish branch, I ran across random bugs which I fixed there. This backports those fixes to a more serious branch that can actually be merged.
Why It's Good For The Game
Fix man good.
Testing Photographs and Procedure
This isn't tested but it compiles and worked fine during April Fools (/ some of which I did test there).

fix: Broadside cannon moth abuse doesn't cause runtimes if the mob isn't a carbon.
fix: Ships now actually drop destroyed targets they were focusing on.
fix: The thrust overlay can now display even when the side thrust overlays do not.
fix: Relay projectiles should no longer cause runtimes in very specific circumstances related to spawn async.
fix: Flak doesn't try to refire when autonomously firing, despite the fact it won't be able to.
