From 448727d6da6dfee4c3bc77c53f20fc8c53d0aeea Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Nathan Stender Date: Thu, 23 Jul 2026 14:00:45 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] fix: Handle multiple spaces in Raw Data line for BMG MARS parser Some BMG PHERAstar CSV exports write the Raw Data header with more than one space before the filter parenthesis (e.g. "Raw Data (450)"). The regexes required exactly one space, causing "Raw Data line not found in input file." errors. Relax the whitespace to \s+ in the search regex and all filter format patterns.
