I can't duplicate the CI failure locally, no matter what I do, even in Docker. Trying in a Linux VM next. |
This includes Gems, and Ruby from EOL 3.0 to 3.2.

In The actual reason the Nokogiri version was wrong is because it requires Ruby 3.2. Since 3.0 is EOL anyway, I updated the files to reference 3.2. |
