Summary
Adds a "Things to Know When Switching to a Gateway" section to the Claude Desktop (Cowork) integration tutorial. It clarifies that existing chat history may not carry over when routing Claude Desktop through a gateway, and suggests asking Claude to summarize its current work so users can export that memory and paste it into their first gateway conversation. It also notes that auto mode may not appear when using a gateway, and to select a model explicitly in that case.
