Could you provide ground truth files?

I find that

1. many of the predictions you provided do not have the same length with the files downloaded from
   https://predictioncenter.org/download_area/CASP15/targets/casp15.targets.TS-domains.public_12.20.2022.tar.gz

2. For some proteins you provided, I can't find the ground truth files from CASP15 website.

Did I download the wrong file from CASP15? Or have you made any modifications to the inputs? I'd appreciate it if you can provide the ground truth files used to compute the metrics

Some of the targets included in this study were only released to CASP participants or invitees. They can be requested by contacting the CASP administrators whose information can be found here. In regards to missing residues, that is related to the natives often not containing all amino acids. Our study was performed with this taken into consideration but we provided the full length predictions that were produced directly from each of the methods.
