casp 15 pdb files

Hello,
on you front web page the casp15 benchmark includes 71 pdb.
But the casp web site provides tarball (casp15.targets.TS-domains.public_12.20.2022.tar.gz ) with only 45 pdb
, how did you get the remaining the missing pdb ?

would you mind to tell me i can download the pdb used in your paper?

Hi David, thanks for reaching out. The files were present in the casp15_targets_TSwhole_4invitees folder within the CASP15 download area on Prediction Center at the time of download; though this folder doesn't seem to be there now, you can follow the instructions they provide to get access to them. The full list of targets used is in our paper's Supplementary Information document.

Also, if you're just interested in the original 71 PDB files that we used for those targets, they are present within the Zenodo dataset that is currently linked at the top of this repository's README. Please let me know if you have any more questions!

but be careful, the previewer is not showing all the files !

If you download the full dataset from Zenodo, the PDB files should be accessible. Let me know if you don't find them!
