Enrich content with 40+ new tools across 6 new categories

Add new sections: Synthetic Data Generation & Curation, Knowledge
Distillation, Model Merging & Quantization, Inference Engines,
Multimodal Training, and Distributed Training.

Significantly expand RL alignment section (3→14 tools) with verl,
DAPO, AReaL, slime, NeMo RL/Gym, RAGEN, SimpleRL-Reason, SWE-RL,
OpenManus-RL, and Reasoning Gym. Add new entries to fine-tuning,
self-evolving, evaluation, coding agents, and AutoML categories.

Update both English README.md and Chinese 算法自动化训练.md.
