Decouple biorefinery input (parameters, descriptions, etc)

Biorefinery information is hardcoded in. Very bad for scalability and a real pain to make changes.

Iteration 1 complete with commit f1cfed9 decoupling mostly SimulateUncertainty. SimulateSingle still does not work.
