Pull request overview
Updates the CI workflow to use newer OS/package sources, improve R dependency setup, and switch GitHub Pages publishing from a branch-based deploy action to the official Pages artifact + deploy flow.
Changes:
- Updated CRAN repo URL and adjusted R dependency installation steps (including setting
options(repos=...)). - Replaced
github-pages-deploy-actionbranch deployment withactions/upload-pages-artifactand a newdeployjob usingactions/deploy-pages. - Bumped Docker build action from
docker/build-push-action@v5to@v6.
