Could I please request registration of the GRCz12tu (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/genome/GCF_049306965.1/) and GRCz12ab (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/genome/GCA_052040795.1/) zebrafish genome assemblies? The former supersedes the GRCz11 reference, and the latter is a useful inbred strain. Both are described here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.11.17.688901v1
I've already forged BSgenome data packages for both assemblies and plan to submit them to Bioconductor once registration is in place - more than happy to share the forged packages and/or open up a PR with draft reg files if either would be useful!
