ci: replaced "n/a" with more detailed dummy value

Ticket: DX-2084

ci: try publishing with OIDC token

Now that `npm-token` is no longer a required secret, we can check the release logs and check to see that OIDC Trusted Publishing is being used. We are expecting to see something along the lines of "using OIDC Trusted Publishing"
