Huge thanks to all who joined. We're right in the middle of a loooooot of planning, and we're making things happen. The recording is here.

A few notes:

• Presidio: We'll set up a separate planning call between Mo, Christoph and Erik. If you'd like to join in, leave a note.
• BTC Prague:
  • Preliminary schedule created and looks solid.
  • Planning panel discussions with hack day-relevant topics.
  • Need to finalize schedule, speaker bios, and session descriptions.
  • Need to start social media promotion soon.
  • Mo is going to revisit the furniture.
  • Christoph mocked up some t-shirt design ideas (see Discord).
• Oslo Freedom Forum
  • Interview plan adjusted to account for a very busy conference schedule by interviewees
  • Testing coordination with Dana Wallet and White Noise is underway.
• BTC++ Austin hackathon
  • Workshops on design & accessibility confirmed.
  • Prize funding and sponsorships still needed.
  • Creative prize ideas floated (e.g., Braille Bitcoin whitepaper, BitAxis devices).
  • Need to finalize prizes within the week.
• Bitcoin 2025 Hackathon
  • Offer workshops, office hours that overlap with designathon events.
• Designathon
  • 10 days away - let's keep promoting and get people signed up and projects registered
  • Sponsor conversations ongoing
  • Paperpsych will look into Geyser grants
  • Need to start recruiting judges
