Ghost Files

Hi, community!

I am experiencing some issues with "ghost files", basically I created a landing page in CloudPages and then I deleted in SFMC website. Once again, I created another landing page and then I deleted (I deleted them in order to rearrange some files in collections).
After this, I connected my VS Code to SFMC, and under "Cloud Pages" surprisingly I see the files above mentioned, why is it happening and how could I fix this?

PD: I've tried refreshing, removing the folder from the workspace, creating a new connection, etc, none is working, the files still appear there.

Thanks for your comment. I think I know the root-cause of this issue. Looks like when you are deleting smth in MC it's just flagged as deleted, the asset stays in MC but is simply ignored by the UI. I could be that this is smth related to only Cloud Pages. I'll check if it's possible to apply some additional filters and stop showing deleted cloudpages.

Hi @Bizcuit - The assets endpoint's response returns status as 'Draft' - even when the asset is published / deleted. And, there is no flag returned to indicate that it's deleted for a webpage.

Do you have any approach to figure out if an asset is deleted or not and retrieve deleted assets?

Also, noticed that when an 'email asset' is deleted, it's hard deleted and the api does not return the asset.

On the other hand, the internal API (fuelapi/internal/v2/cloudpages/collections/) used by SFMC returns correct status messages - like Published/ Draft. Ofcourse, it doesn't return 'Deleted' assets.
