Verify StringVal extraction and remove stale FIX comment

Verified that 'constant.StringVal' correctly extracts raw string content without quotes using a new regression test 'TestStringExtraction'. Removed the stale 'FIX' comment in 'pkg/analysis/topology/topology.go' as the implementation was already correct.
