Pull in improvements from other Blazor Extensions forks

The fairly stale Blazor Extension projects had forks with some wonderful contributions that we will benefit from and be using in the near future.
I'm going to aggregate the best of those and merge them in basically by hand since the branches/code trees aren't compatible.
