I want to contribute in this project

Hello,
I really love BoostNote and I want to contribute to it by updating it, adding new features, etc. This project has been dead for a while and I want to bring it back to life. I would like to know if I can be part of the project and contribute directly to this repository. I know I can make a fork and create a derivative project, but I think it is cooler to keep working on the original repository, as it has more popularity and avoids unnecessary confusion and duplicate copies.
I cloned the repository and got it working (it is necessary to use Node 16, as it does not build with newer versions). I am now studying the codebase, looking into old issues, and thinking about how to modernize it and make it more usable and even better.

I am generally striving to maintain it, but hadn't have that much time lately, I you have time, we can figure out some things that needs doing.

Take a look at my roadmap here: #43.

I have some resolved issues that improved things ready, so we can take a look at it and create a new release quite fast.
