Update KrakenSDR Driver to Utilize Websocket

Update the KrakenSDR driver in osh-addons to connect to the WebSocket interface introduced in the following PR:
Botts-Innovative-Research/krakensdr_doa#5

Updated Driver functionality is complete, but requires custom kraken_doa software developed by @BillBrown341

Currently being blocked by krakensdr_doa issue 4. Once deployable image of modified kraken software can be deployed, I can pass that along, as well as the code for this driver to properly test with real equipment.
