Better Symbol Renaming support for Metadata tags

Hi!

There are metadata tags for which symbol renaming doesn’t work: [Exclude], [Deprecated]

(The [Event] tag does work).

Please consider adding support for this.

I also discovered that [DefaultProperty] is ignored when renaming.

I should be able to fix [DefaultProperty] easily. However, but it looks like I will need to make some small modifications to royale-compiler to properly support [Exclude] and [Deprecated].

When apache/royale-compiler@cc2dcdb is included in a release of Royale, I should be able to use it to improve renaming for [Exclude] metadata.
