[CYD-2USB] SD card not working on Bruce (still working on Launcher)

Describe the bug:
SD card not working properly on CYD-2USB

Steps To Reproduce:

My SD card: SanDisk Ultra 16GB A1 (Formatted using Rufus - FAT32)

I have 2 devices and I've tested:

• ES3C28P:
  • Latest Bruce firmware 1.14: SD card working normally ✅
• CYD-2USB:
  • Latest Launcher firmware 2.6.10: SD card working normally ✅
  • Latest Bruce firmware 1.14: SD card not working ❌

Steps each test: Flash firmware to device -> Format SD card -> Insert SD card into device -> Try to open Files > SD Card

Expected behavior:
SD card working

Actual behavior:
SD card not working properly:

• First time use after flash: It still display the small "SD" on top right corner, but when open Files > SD Card, it jumps back to main menu and the small "SD" on top right disappears
• After reset the device via reset button or re-plug the power: No SD card recognized anymore

When I open the SD card folder on Windows, there are 2 new files "bruce.conf" and "brucePins.conf" that definitely created by Bruce.

having the exact same issue, i'm at a complete loss. I seem to be able to boot every other firmware (Halehound, marauder, ghost, evilM5) but bruce says wrong partition scheme. I know if OTA it won't be the full app, and ideally I wanted to try the new BLE suite. is this user error?

At this point, i've come to the conclusion that it's a launcher issue because I've run out of options. Every SD card I have used previously with success on both cyd c5 and cyd2usb and suddenly partitions arent correct even after fully wiping them. i will keep screwing with older versions of launcher later to see if i can install from SD again and will update if i have any success.

i wanted to update this since I have tested m5launcher version 2.0.0 and onwards -> no progress so far beating the partition error except for Halehound booted from sd card, can launch both CYD and HAT versions without issue. I believe Pirata knows this is happening and is workin on it, super grateful for you guys continuing to develop this stuff!
