Hello, I don’t understand why the midi board is wired that way. We have only tx but not rx. How can we read a message from the midi connector without rx signal?

Hi. The labelling of RX and TX is often confusing. Because the TX of one device connects to the RX of another device, it depends on which end the person who labelled it was meaning.
In this case the TX is the transmit output from Midi board, which connects to the RX of the ESP32-S3.
