fix(docs): cache-bust WASM module URL to prevent stale JS/WASM mismatch

GitHub Pages serves paperjam_wasm.js with max-age=14400 (4h) but
paperjam_wasm_bg.wasm with max-age=600 (10m). After a deployment,
browsers load the new WASM but serve the old cached JS glue, causing
WebAssembly.instantiate() to fail because wasm-bindgen hashes differ
between builds.

Add a build-time timestamp to the WASM JS import URL so each
deployment gets a unique URL, bypassing the browser cache.
