Review module creation for benchcab on Gadi

Currently, when loading the benchcab module, one sees:

$ module load conda/benchcab
Note: Could not determine environment version from module name 'conda/benchcab-4.3.1'.

It does seem to stop things like module show conda/benchcab from which is sub-optimal

It would be nice to clean up at some stage.
