Create integration tests

It would be great if we had a suite of integration tests that could be run against the API.

The tests could become a part of the code pipeline workflow in stage/prod

We can setup an eventbridge trigger that listens for a new container to become stable in our ECS cluster:

We can then kick off a codeBuild that runs our integration tests against the newly deployed system. We could also use this approach to do load testing with locust or something similar.
