Add history to goto dialogues

Enhance the goto dialogue with jump history

Looks good to me after testing locally. I added 2 commits on top:

• drop the min req of the c++ std to c++14 again from 17/20 (there were some erase_if here and there, and an if init)
• keep the user input case instead of forcing it to uppercase (the comparisons etc. are still done with uppercases)
