LER Workgroup

This is a CEDS workgroup, approved by the CEDS Open Source Community, created to respond to a growing need to include Learner and Employment Records (LERs) in every aspect of the education and workforce ecosystem. The workgroup will be led by Alex Jackl, Phil Long and Jim Kelly!

Part of the issue this workgroup will address is harmonizing all the definitions and contexts that LERs are being used in. We will be organizing and centralizing a list of use cases and mapping the properties and relationships needed to support LERs universally.

Once we start making recommendations we will insert ticket numbers and hyperlink to the issues in GitHub.
