[FEATURE] Expand Explicit Checkbox Flexibility (None with Other Check)

Feature Request Description

One of the REDCapExploreR "findings" for warnings is call out checkbox fields where a "None" or similar options is selected alongside another option, i.e. only one selection should be made but multiple are reported.

It could be a decent option to expose a parameter to users that lets them customize this field further. The current list that flags this finding is: "None", "No", "Not applicable", "N/A", "NA", or "None of the above".

It might also be considerable to allow for multiple options with a "ceiling" (ex: what if there is a behavior where Options A-D exist, but if Options A and B are selected, no more should be selected?). This may be too complicated and risk too much complexity for value.
