• Update FREIGHT submodule to v1.0.1 with upstream restreaming fix
• Fix binding restreaming to produce bit-identical results with CLI
• Remove stale CMake source patches (all fixed upstream)
• Add -march=native for hardware CRC32 parity with CLI

Verified bit-identical on 22 hypergraph instances across 1–5 streaming passes.
