IMPORTANT NOTE: DESCRIPTION GENERATION FUNCTION EXPECTS STOCKFISH EVALS TO BE RELATIVE TO PLAYER COLOR. IN OTHER WORDS, IF BLACK IS TO MOVE AND BLACK IS WINNING, THE BEST EVALS SHOULD BE POSITIVE, NOT NEGATIVE.
