I don't have any experience with it either 😉, but I'm willing to test some stuff out with a dummy repo first so the process can be documented. I don't know if @nzakas had anything documented for his previous workflow, but it may be helpful to ask.

@stubbornella sorry, for falling though last week but I ended up sick in bed 😦 . What type of resource helps you best? Tutorials, docs, step by step guide, etc...

OK, I finally had a chance to try this out

1. Login to NPM with npm adduser if you haven't already logged in on your machine
2. git checkout v0.10.0 to get the tag/commit to publish
3. Copy the README.md into release/npm (not necessary going forward)
4. npm publish release/npm which will pack everything up and publish it to NPM

BTW, is the website source available somewhere?

I mentioned this in another issue, but there really should be a release script that does all of this automatically:

• Update the version number in all relevant files (package.json, bower.json, etc.)
• Create a tag for the new version in github
• Publish the new version to npm

I'd be happy to help with this if there's interest.

@philipwalton: I agree 100%. But I also think the website needs some love. :)

Currently, the site behaves slowly and it's just one page.
