Replace broken external favicon link with local CalConnect favicons (svg, ico, png, apple-touch-icon) and site.webmanifest.
More conventional, immediately understandable, and doesn't conflict with existing category page slugs.

Changes all document URL paths from
/cc/to/docs/.metanorma.aggregate.yml:output_dir: _site/cc→_site/docs_layouts/doc-type.html: all/cc/links →/docs/_pages/index.html: recent card link →/docs/_frontend/js/home.js: global search link →/docs//docs/is shorter, more conventional, and immediately understandable. No conflict with category page slugs.
