Notify when video viewed

This is a feature request to bring Cap more into parity with a killer feature from Loom.

One of the features that I really miss from Loom is the ability to know when a video was viewed for the first time, I often use these types of video clips as part of a sales conversation. It is helpful to know when a prospect has viewed a video. For this use case, there really doesn't even need to be any detailed analytics, just simply a notification the first time that a video was viewed.

There's already some infrastructure in place that could support this feature:

Existing notification system: The notifications table in packages/database/schema.ts already includes "view" as a supported notification type. The user preferences system also has a pauseViews setting, suggesting view notifications were anticipated. This was implemented in PR #833.

Analytics tracking: PR #1383 added real-time analytics tracking on video views using Tinybird, which means video view events are already being captured on the backend.

For a "first view" notification specifically, the implementation would likely need to:

1. Track whether a video has been viewed at least once (perhaps a new column or check against existing view data)
2. Create a notification record when the first external view occurs
3. Optionally send an email notification using the existing Resend email infrastructure

The video share page lives at apps/web/app/s/[videoId]/ if someone wants to explore where view tracking could hook in.

Hey! We have this already in the dashboard for users who are signed in. Should be able to click the notification bell. Caveat is that this is only for signed in users, e.g. teammates, affiliates, etc. Would you like an option to have this for Anonymous (non signed-in users) too?
