Localization wpf xaml

Cauldron XAML uses the Locale class to localize some of the most common words (e.g. OK, Cancel, Copy, Close...) used in GUIs. These word are translated in german, english, chinese, greek, japanese, korean, lituanian, portuguese, russian, spanish, swedish, thai and french. Feel free to add new languages or to correct existing ones.
