with memory hot plug/unplug feature, at least one numa node needs to be set in the guest OS. currently there is an annotation in virtlet to set the CPU model and since it is default to "", in Arktos 0.5 release the vm yaml file has to set this annotation with a cpu model that supports the numa.
we should make this default in virtlet so that users won't be required to add this annotation for this feature.
