The addition or removal of the role is successful and is in the data, this is just a UI refresh thing most likely.

After investigating this issue, I discovered that this may already be fixed by PR #469 (merged Feb 17, 2026).

Backend Accepts Both Formats

The TPEN-services backend's setRoles endpoint already accepts both payload formats:
