Move Components above File Preview and hide File Preview when empty

Hi there,

When a component is a Collection or has no stored files, the File Preview section appears empty, which pushes the Components section below and makes the repository structure harder to understand at a glance. I suggest moving the Components section above File Preview by default and hiding the File Preview section from the overview page entirely when there are no files to display.
