I saw (perhaps) your comment in our manuscript saying that you could develop an R package to run the model. Thank you for the suggestion.
Do you think it would be worth implementing this as a native R package for R users? Right now, it's implemented using reticulate, since I am not fluent in R. But if you think R users would prefer a R package, I’m very open to that. The only downside is that we would need to maintain both R and Python code—but the logic is quite simple, so it may not be a big issue.
